三、相關(guān)待遇
(一)創(chuàng)新人才長期項(xiàng)目
1.科研啟動(dòng)經(jīng)費(fèi)：由廣東省下?lián)芸蒲袉?dòng)經(jīng)費(fèi)100萬元人民幣，學(xué)校和醫(yī)院根據(jù)實(shí)際情況提供800-1000萬元人民幣。
2.安家費(fèi)/一次性生活補(bǔ)助：中央財(cái)政給予一次性補(bǔ)助100萬元人民幣，廣東省給予50萬元人民幣。醫(yī)院提供不超過100萬元人民幣。
3.薪酬福利：醫(yī)院推行高層次人才年薪制薪酬方案，薪酬結(jié)構(gòu)包括起點(diǎn)年薪(80-120萬元人民幣)+目標(biāo)績效。另有社會(huì)保險(xiǎn)、醫(yī)療、假期等方面的福利待遇。

sun yat-sen memorial hospital, sysu, also called the second affiliated hospital of sun yat-sen university (sysu), was originally founded in 1835 as an eye clinic by the american missionary named dr. peter parker. it is the first hospital in china that provided western medical service and the primary place where dr. sun yat-sen, the great revolutionary forerunner, studied medicine and later pursued the path to build a democratic nation. with an exciting period of growth and expansion for about 180 years, the hospital has developed into one of china’s top teaching hospitals, famous for its medical service, education, research and health care.
